Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and building code compliance.
- NICET I or II certification preferred.
- Customer service and clear communication skills are essential.
- Experience with field service and sprinkler systems is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Install, test, inspect, and service fire alarm systems, including proprietary control panels.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting for optimal performance.
- Use hand/power tools and CAD software to diagnose issues and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with clients during installations or upgrades to ensure proper sprinkler integration.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and compliance documentation.
- Adhere to safety protocols per NEC and fire sprinkler fitting requirements.
