Job description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical field support and service to our customers. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, conducting on-site installations and repairs, and providing ongoing training for customer personnel.

The Fire Alarm Technician is responsible for:

• Coordinating with contractors during the installation of fire alarm systems
• Performing system commissioning, including loading software and implementing modifications
• Conducting testing and inspections of fire alarm systems under maintenance agreements
• Troubleshooting and repairing network hardware and software issues
• Identifying code and non-conformance issues
• Making recommendations on system installations and service contracts
• Generating detailed daily reports using company software
• Supporting emergency on-call assignments based on a rotational schedule

Compensation: Hourly wage ranging from $24 to $40
