This role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a focus on customer relations.Key Responsibilities* Review system layouts and coordinate with engineering, project management, and sales departments.* Conduct field surveys and produce daily project logs.* Program, commission, and secure final acceptance of complex fire alarm systems from customers and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).* Produce detailed commissioning and inspection reports in accordance with NFPA standards.* Perform complex troubleshooting and implement effective resolutions.* Deliver projects on schedule and within budget.* Program systems using laptop computers.* Oversee project inventory and manage vehicle inventory.* Provide support and guidance to other technicians.* Manage job scheduling and progress efficiently, with a strong focus on quality.Required Qualifications**Experience:** A minimum of three years of fire alarm experience is required.
