Siemens is seeking a Fire Inspector to perform inspection, testing, and minor repairs on fire alarm systems in Lenexa, KS. The role includes mentoring entry-level inspectors and adhering to NFPA72 standards while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
You will generate documentation, train customer personnel, and maintain equipment and stock in company vehicles. A valid driver’s license and US work authorization are required.
Position Location: This role supports our Lenexa, KS branch location, which serves customers throughout the greater Kansas City, KS area.

Fire Inspectors play a vital role in preventing, detecting, and mitigating the impact of fires. You will perform tasks such as minor repairs and visual and functional testing on fire alarm systems in accordance with all national and local standards. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also act as a mentor, providing on-the-job training to entry level fire alarm inspectors, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge-sharing within our team. Our fire inspectors significantly contribute to public safety, property protection, and overall emergency preparedness.

The pay range for this position is $39,199 - $67,198 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
