This position is contingent upon contract award

This position provides maintenance/construction engineering and technical support for a maintenance/construction project or site. This role may act as a team leader when assigned.

  1. Perform maintenance engineering work by applying standard maintenance engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria in support of the plant operating environment.
  2. Prepare reports and schedule estimates by identifying activities, status, and performance.
  3. Prepare and modify preventive maintenance documentation and schedules for all existing and new equipment.
  4. Perform routine maintenance activities by evaluating client requirements, plant operating equipment, maintenance problems, and recommending program systems and corrective actions.
  5. Perform routine installation projects by evaluating client requirements, procuring necessary tools and materials, and scheduling and executing projects.
  6. Perform execution of simple to complex installations of critical equipment.
  7. Maintain technical knowledge by staying current on available systems and equipment for plant operations and maintenance experience.
  8. Perform execution of simple to complex repairs of all systems and equipment.
  9. Ensure effective application of all tools, techniques, and programs by maintaining strategic maintenance programs, including reliability programs, preventative and predictive maintenance, and computerized maintenance management systems.
  10. Coordinate and execute vendor-provided maintenance activities by collaborating with vendors, engineering staff, security staff, etc.
  11. Serve as the primary coordinator for all activities within your assigned craft and scope in an active construction work area.
  12. Coordinate and implement indirect activities, both internal and external, necessary to support productive construction execution, including support craft activities and resource management to ensure safety and quality.
  13. Ensure all work is within the approved scope boundaries and complies with all relevant requirements.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned.
