Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months technical experience with fire detection and signaling systems.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, inspection and testing of fire alarm and suppression systems.
• Document all inspections, repairs, and discrepancies.
• Maintain a good relationship with customers for follow-ups.
• Troubleshoot and perform emergency service for systems.

Skills

Technical experience with fire detection systems

Ability to calculate basic math

Knowledge of low voltage and wiring

Computer skills (Windows, Word, etc.)

Education

NICET 1 Certification in Fire Alarm Systems
