This full-time role involves servicing fire alarm systems at various customer sites, ensuring compliance with fire codes, and providing exceptional customer service. The Fire Alarm Service Technicians are an integral part of our Fire Alarm department. The Technicians service Fire Alarm panels at our customer sites and typically visit multiple customer locations each day. Experience in the Fire & Life Safety industry is preferred, we will train the right individuals for this role. This role offers advancement opportunities as well as guidance related to NICET certifications in Fire Alarm Systems. This person would ideally be located in Elgin/surrounding area.

The starting pay for this role is $22 hourly. Fox Valley Fire & Safety Co. offers our Technicians the opportunity to receive pay raises based on NICET certifications obtained and annual performance reviews.

Work Environment:
This role is primarily field-based, with regular visits to various customer facilities. The employee will drive to/from customer facilities to perform Service work daily.
