Job summary

Impact Fire Services, located in Denver, CO, is seeking a Fire Alarm Technician to perform service work on fire alarm systems, install systems, and ensure safety and compliance. The role reports to the Fire Service Manager and requires a Journeyman Fire Alarm license in Denver, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel as needed.

• Electrician background is a plus.

• Learn applicable fire protection codes and obtain applicable state licensing.
• Work in a safe manner as outlined by company safety procedures.
• Maintain their vehicle in accordance with company procedures and ensure it is clean and organized.

This position is located out of the Denver, CO office.

This position reports to the Fire Service Manager. The Technician will be responsible for providing Service work on a variety of fire alarm system and system devices in a professional and timely manner. The Technician will work with the Company to obtain local city listing agents. The Technician is also responsible for maintaining a clean, well-organized vehicle and ensuring a safe environment for his/herself, co-workers and customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Installation of fire alarm systems.
• Experience bending and installing conduit.
• Learn applicable fire protection codes and obtain applicable state licensing.
• Work in a safe manner as outlined by company safety procedures including the driving, personal protective equipment, and lockout/tag-out policies.
• Maintain their vehicle in accordance with company procedures and ensure it is clean and organized.

Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
