The Fire Alarm Senior Service Technician is responsible for managing all aspects of fire alarm system servicing, including advanced inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades. The role requires developing maintenance strategies, collaborating on large-scale projects, and serving as a subject matter expert to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage fire alarm system servicing, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  2. Provide diagnostics and solutions for challenging technical issues.
  3. Test interconnected systems to ensure NFPA 72 compliance.
  4. Develop and implement maintenance strategies and system enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications
