Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of experience in the fire alarm and electronic security industry.
• Knowledge of NFPA 72, NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code), IBC 2006 and ADA.
• NICET Certification Desired and Encouraged.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for security/fire alarm installations by reviewing installation orders.
• Establish security/fire alarm system by installing equipment and running wiring.
• Verify security/fire alarm system functionality by testing equipment.
• Maintain records by documenting installation.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
