Qualifications

• High school diploma or state‑recognized GED.
• 2+ years of experience in the commercial Fire Alarm/Life Safety, Security Systems or related construction industry.
• Knowledge of local and national NFPA Fire Alarm codes and regulations; ability to read and understand drawings and specifications as well as electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; eligibility for Siemens' fleet vehicle program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and related documents to establish comprehensive project schedules.
• Oversee procurement of supplies and materials and participate in project cost reviews for financial efficiency.
• Assist the Operations Manager in contracting subcontractors and coordinating activities to align with scope and schedule.
• Conduct orientations for project technicians and provide all necessary project documentation.
• Track project resources and progress, document schedule-impacting events, and pursue change orders.
• Coordinate project billing with accounting and schedule commissioning resources; ensure close-out documentation is completed.
