Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety in Ogden, UT seeks a Project Coordinator to work with project managers on resource, budget, and timeframe planning. You'll help maintain costs, schedules, organize meetings, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years related experience, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. The role emphasizes teamwork, documentation management, and timely delivery of parts and permits to keep projects on track.

• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost‑saving measures.
• Deliver parts to job sites or contractors offices.
• Creating and managing job permits.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for projects. The main duties include maintaining costs on jobs and work schedules, delivering parts, organizing, and participating in project meetings, and ensuring all deadlines for certain projects are met.
