Job summary

Impact Fire Services in Vail/Eagle, Colorado seeks skilled fire alarm technicians to service and install systems, lead crews, and coordinate with project management. This full-time role offers apprenticeship pathways, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Fire alarm installation and service experience.
• Experience with Siemens systems is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• NICET Level II certification in fire alarm.
• Certification operating scissor lifts.
• Excellent communications and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.
• Pre-employment drug test and background screening required (MVR checks for driving roles).

Responsibilities

• Service and installation of fire alarm systems.
• Lead and direct FA crew; assign duties and ensure quality.
• Coordinate with Project Management and GC.
• Learn applicable fire protection codes and obtain state licensing.
• Manage materials and identify shortages for PM.
• Conduit installation and layout.
• Maintain daily reports to PM.
• Coordinate final inspections with AHJ.
• Follow safety procedures including PPE and lockout/tag-out.
