Impact Fire Services is seeking a Fire Alarm Technician to install and service fire alarm systems in the Vail/Eagle area of Colorado. You will lead the FA crew, coordinate with PM and GC, and ensure quality and safety in daily operations.

Your role includes learning codes, obtaining licenses, managing materials, and performing conduit work. The company offers strong training, a culture of mentorship, and apprenticeship paths with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Fire alarm installation and service experience.
• Knowledge of Siemens systems is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• NICET Level II certification in fire alarm.
• Certification operating scissor lifts.
• Excellent communications, and customer service skills.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Service and Installation of fire alarm systems.
• Crew leadership: lead and direct FA crew in daily work, assign duties ensure quality of work
• Coordination with Project Management and GC
• Installation of fire alarm systems.
• Learn applicable fire protection codes and obtain applicable state licensing.
• Material management- communicate material needs and identification of shortages to PM
• Conduit- Perform conduit installation and layout
• Documentation: Maintain daily reports to PM
• Final Inspections and coordination with AHJ
• Work in a safe manner as outlined by company safety procedures including the driving, personal protective equipment, and lockout/tag-out policies.
