Job summary

Century Fire Protection is seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Installer to install, test, and maintain life safety systems across commercial, industrial, and residential sites. You will follow project drawings, perform inspections, and ensure all work meets NFPA codes and company standards.

The role requires safety-conscious teamwork and precise documentation of work performed. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–3 years of fire alarm or low voltage experience, and a willingness to pursue

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years fire alarm installation or low voltage electrical experience preferred.
• NICET or other fire alarm certification preferred but not required.
• Willingness to pursue licensure as required by state or local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install fire alarm devices, control panels, wiring, and conduit per drawings and specs.
• Perform testing and inspections of installed systems to verify functionality.
• Trouble shoot installation issues under supervision and ensure NFPA 72, NFPA 70 compliance.
• Document installations, changes, and testing results and coordinate with project teams.

Division 21 - Fort Worth, TXSummaryResponsible for installing, testing, and maintaining fire alarm and life safety systems in commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. This role ensures systems are installed safely, accurately, and in compliance with applicable codes and company standards.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
