Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is hiring a Fire Alarm Install Support Technician to assist with installing fire alarm systems under direct supervision. You will support senior technicians, learn basic industry practices, tools, and safety procedures, and travel to job sites as required.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, no prior experience necessary, and a clean driving record if driving is needed. Basic mechanical aptitude is preferred.

• Perform work in commercial, industrial, and construction environments.
• Adhere to instructions and guidance from supervisors at all times.
• Travel to job sites as required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.

• Exposure to varying conditions including heights, confined spaces, and active job sites.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
• Work performed in commercial, industrial, and construction environments.

Pay Rate

$20 to $25 hourly based on experience.
