Encore Fire Protection is seeking a results-oriented Sales/Project Specialist in Lewiston, ME to identify fire alarm installation opportunities and manage client relations. You will visit sites, take measurements, and prepare costed proposals aligned with local and national codes.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, accurate estimating, and collaboration with engineers, field techs, and contractors to ensure successful project handoffs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams-project managers, designers, and field technicians to ensure smooth project transitions
• Split your time between office work and field visits

• Tech-savviness:Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); we also use HubSpot and ServiceTrade-train provided, but you should be ready to dive in
• Self-starter attitude:You can manage your own time and priorities while staying aligned with broader team goals
