Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication to interact with customers, technicians, sales and managers.
• Proven customer service experience and care.
• Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to obtain applicable state fire alarm licenses.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of fire protection systems with minimal supervision.
• Interact with customers at facilities such as hospitals, schools, government and commercial buildings.
• Document all inspections and information needed for repairs.
• Provide detailed reports and recommended corrective actions to customers.
• Identify and address issues requiring servicing during inspections.
• Climb ladders and stairs; lift at least 50 lbs; traverse buildings to complete inspections.
