Job summary

Firetrol Protection Systems, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Fire Alarm Helper to assist with installation, service, and maintenance of fire alarm systems under the guidance of a licensed Fire Alarm Technician.

The role involves diagnosing issues, coordinating with customers and partners, and may require overtime, nights, weekends, and on-call hours. Firetrol provides training, license support, and strong benefits for career growth.

Qualifications

Work experience, training or education in the installation, maintenance, inspection and repair of alarm systems or related equipment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Must possess or be willing to obtain any applicable state licenses.
A current Driver's License is preferred.
Must be able to satisfy Government, Federal and Customs background check requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist with the installation of fire alarm equipment and the service, repair and maintenance of fire alarm systems under direct supervision of a licensed Fire Alarm Technician.
Assist with diagnosing and evaluating systems that require servicing as well as troubleshoot issues that arise during inspections under direct supervision of a licensed Fire Alarm Technician.
Interact with customers, contractors, vendors and other employees in a respectful, professional manner.
Some overtime, nights, weekends and on-call hours may be required.
