Job summary

Firetrol Protection Systems in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Fire Alarm Helper to assist with the installation of fire alarm equipment under the direct supervision of a licensed Fire Alarm Technician. This position also supports service, repair and maintenance of fire alarm systems across various facilities.

Training will be provided, and you may be required to work overtime, nights, weekends and on-call hours. A current driver's license is preferred and background checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Primary duties include assisting with the installation of fire alarm equipment under direct supervision.
• Experience with service, repair and maintenance of fire alarm systems is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be able to work safely following OSHA and Firetrol safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of fire alarm equipment under direct supervision of a licensed Fire Alarm Technician.
• May assist with service, repair and maintenance of fire alarm systems under supervision.
• Interact with customers, contractors, vendors and employees in a respectful, professional manner.
• Complete required daily paperwork and other duties as assigned.
• Overtime, nights, weekends and on-call hours may be required.
• Training will be provided; background checks may be required.
