Firetrol Protection Systems, Inc. is seeking a Helper/Trainee to join our team in Austin, TX. The role involves assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems under the guidance of a licensed Technician.

You will gain hands-on experience, learn fire protection best practices, and contribute to safe, reliable systems for our customers. Some overtime and on-call hours may be required as part of the role.

Formación

• Strong willingness to learn and develop skills in the fire protection industry.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems or construction is a plus; training will be provided.
• Clean background and ability to pass a drug screening.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Assist with diagnosing and evaluating systems that require servicing as well as troubleshoot issues that arise during inspections under direct supervision of a licensed Technician.
• Interact with customers, contractors, vendors and other employees in a respectful, professional manner.
• Some overtime, nights, weekends and on-call hours may be required.

We are currently seeking a Helper/Trainee to join our team of over 1,200 of the best fire protection professionals in the industry. This position will involve assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems, ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations.
