Firetrol Protection Systems is seeking a skilled Fire Alarm and Security Service Technician to maintain and service fire alarm systems for new and existing customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Texas State Fire Marshal licensing (FAL) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in fire alarm and security service and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm and security systems and their components.
• Familiarity with local and national fire codes and regulations.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work at heights safely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repair of fire alarm and security systems.
• Have knowledge of multiple manufacturers for fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and security systems.
• Maintain accurate records of service and maintenance reports.
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff regarding project status and scheduling.
