Firetrol Protection Systems is seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm and Security Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing the fire alarm systems for both new and existing customers. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repair of fire alarm and security systems
• Have knowledge of multiple manufacturers for fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and security systems
• Maintain accurate records of service and maintenance reports
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff regarding project status and scheduling
• Follow company safety procedures and protocols
• Keep up-to-date on the latest fire alarm system technologies and products

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Texas State Fire Marshal licensing (FAL) or equivalent
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fire alarm and security service and maintenance
• Possess a strong knowledge of fire alarm and security systems and their components
• Familiarity with local and national fire codes and regulations
• Ability to perform physical labor and work at heights in a safe and efficient manner
