Woodberry Forest School, located in Madison, VA, is an exceptional private boarding school community for high school boys in grades nine through twelve. Woodberry's 1,200-acre campus is the largest for boarding schools in Virginia, and one of the largest private school campuses in the country.

Key Responsibilities

As a Team Member, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Kitchen & Food Prep: Assist with food preparation, grilling, and general kitchen operations to ensure high-quality menu items.

Customer Service: Take customer orders accurately and efficiently with a friendly attitude.

Order Fulfillment: Prepare and serve food orders in a timely manner, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.

Cash Handling: Process customer payments securely and provide accurate change.

Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment. This includes mopping floors, taking out trash, washing dishes, and sanitizing work surfaces.

Inventory & Restocking: Monitor and restock food, beverages, paper products, and other supplies as needed throughout your shift.

Compliance: Strictly follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.

Team Support: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support smooth daily operations.

Salary Range
$14-$18/hour
