• Issue written and oral instructions to team.
• Assign duties and inspect work for quality and policy conformance.
• Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Plan daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly productions to meet NGOS forecasts.
• Supervise lean manufacturing, quality, cost reduction, and on‑time delivery initiatives.
