Kelvion Products seeks a Fintube Supervisor in Catoosa, OK to oversee the finned-tube manufacturing area, lead production staff, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience and familiarity with Lean practices. You will plan production, monitor quality, and collaborate to meet delivery targets in a safe work environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, preferably fin tube/heat exchanger.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience with hourly staff.
• Experience with safety programs, quality systems, and scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Determine procedures and schedules for the Fintube dept.
• Issue written and oral instructions to staff.
• Assign duties and verify policy conformance.
• Study and standardize procedures to boost efficiency.
• Maintain harmony and resolve grievances.
• Identify skills and coach employees regularly.
• Conduct annual performance reviews with feedback.
• Lead weekly safety meetings for the team.
• Monitor work quality per the Quality Plan.
• Plan daily/weekly/monthly production to meet NGOS.
• Coordinate with shop managers on production and QA.
• Lead Lean initiatives and ensure on-time delivery.
