Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or financial services with strong financial modeling.
• Affinity for AI integration, including experience with Claude Code to accelerate workflows.
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high sense of urgency, bias for action, and rigorous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-impact cross-functional projects and implement scalable operational processes to drive financial and organizational decision-making.
• Identify organizational inefficiencies and leverage AI-powered automation to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize payment activity costs.
• Partner with leadership and the sales/success teams to resolve complex challenges and generate data-driven insights through modeling.
