Job summary

SEI Corporation in Oaks, PA is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to its FinTech platform engineering efforts. You will develop across all tiers using Java, Angular and Python, with PL/SQL work and collaboration with product managers, engineers and testers to deliver robust software.

Ideal candidates have a CS degree, 1 year of multi‑tier experience, and familiarity with RDBMS/NoSQL in distributed systems, plus Agile/TDD practices and strong design patterns knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a multi‑tier application.
• Proficiency in Java, Angular, Python and PL/SQL.
• Experience with RDBMS or NoSQL databases in a distributed system.
• Understanding of Agile practices such as TDD and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of design patterns and software engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Write code across all tiers of the application using Java, Angular and Python.
• Work with PL/SQL code and database access patterns.
• Participate in design meetings and stand-ups with the team.
• Collaborate with product managers, senior engineers and testers to deliver software.
