Job summary

EXL in the United States seeks a Risk Strategy and Pricing Engagement Manager to analyze and design credit risk and pricing strategies for Fintech clients. This role requires extensive lending experience and collaboration with Credit Risk, Product, and Analytics teams.

You will work to develop credit and pricing policies, support third-party channels, and drive cross-functional initiatives. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in credit risk strategy with consulting, solution design and client management.
• Experience in Banking or FinTech; preferred if experience in point-of-sale financing.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Master's degree or BA/BS in economics, mathematics, CS/engineering or related analytics fields from top-tier institutions.

Responsibilities

• Primary day-to-day client contacts and often interact with C-level executives.
• Analyze volume & funnel trends to optimize pricing and RoEs.
• Analyze credit performance and develop recommendations to optimize credit policies.
• React to market dynamics on third party channels and inform senior management decisions.
• Act as a channel manager for origination channels – managing credit policies, running tests and optimizing pricing.
• Collaborate with and drive alignment among stakeholders across the organization.
• Manage offshore team coordination for analytics support and execution.
