Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Regulatory Product Specialist to provide oversight across our product and service offerings in North America. You will assess regulatory risks, build compliance frameworks, and communicate requirements to product and tech teams while maintaining fast delivery timelines.

You will collaborate with multiple functions to translate regulatory needs into smart product features and ensure ongoing compliance, with a focus on cross-functional coordination and clear leadership

Qualifications

• 2+ years of risk or compliance experience, preferably with a regulated fintech company or a US bank.
• Strong collaboration and communication to keep deadlines and regulatory requirements aligned.
• Ability to dive into regulations, laws and rules governing payment processing and financial products.

Responsibilities

• Project manage the clear communication of regulatory requirements across teams and verify delivery.
• Coordinate intake and documentation of regulatory requirements with up-to-date internal trackers.
• Work with product teams to turn regulatory needs into compliant product features.
• Keep the team connected and on-track to meet shared goals.
