Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience in product or regulatory counseling in Finance or FinTech space.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized legal advice to enable business strategy while identifying and managing legal risk.
• Advise on compliance with federal and state consumer financial laws, privacy rules, and related regimens.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to ensure legally compliant product design and disclosures.
• Research new laws and regulatory guidance affecting PayPal's global operations and recommend actionable actions.
