Responsibilities

• Define features translating customer and business needs into clear requirements.

• Own and refine the backlog; prioritize work based on data and impact.
• Articulate value proposition for go-to-market, including packaging and pricing inputs.
• Demonstrate product capabilities through demos for internal stakeholders.
• Communicate status and risks with mitigation plans to unblock delivery.
• Use user research and analytics to inform roadmap decisions and measure outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with payments controls and related rules as features evolve.
