Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent work experience.
Mandarin proficiency is required; professional working proficiency or higher preferred.
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and draw economically meaningful conclusions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Effective communicator capable of conveying technical and economic concepts to diverse audiences.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams with strong time management.

Responsibilities

Support feature development from concept to launch, including requirements, data-driven prioritization, QA, and post-launch analysis.
Perform structured QA to identify bugs, edge cases, and performance issues with precision.
Collaborate with engineers to translate business and economic requirements into technical specifications.
Monitor support escalation data to identify patterns and translate insights into product recommendations.
Analyze product performance metrics, user behavior, and feature adoption.
Conduct competitor and market research based on financial and economic analysis.
Create reports and data visualizations to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Arrange and attend cross-functional meetings; document outcomes and ensure follow-up on feedback.
