Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on mobile app development experience.
• Proficiency in Swift/ObjC (iOS) and/or Kotlin/Java (Android), or cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and platform guidelines (Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and SDKs.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of mobile app security best practices for finance-related apps.
• Experience with app store submission and release processes (App Store, Google Play).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaborative, agile team work.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native and/or cross-platform mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, efficient code.
• Integrate apps with RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services.
• Implement secure authentication, data encryption, and compliance-ready features for fintech use cases (KYC, PCI-DSS).
• Optimize apps for speed, performance, and scalability across devices.
• Write clean, well-documented, testable code following best practices.
• Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and crashes through debugging and testing.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
• Stay current with new mobile technologies, tools, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure high app quality before release.
