Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to guide clients through forecasting, planning, budgeting and financial consolidation initiatives. You will lead project teams and ensure successful delivery of finance solutions across diverse client engagements.

You will drive business development on strategic accounts, shape solution architecture, and advance EPM tool implementations, including AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years relevant experience.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in complex consultative services: master data management, actual financial consolidations, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
• Working knowledge of modern EPM tools (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle FCCS/HFM, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik).
• Strong working knowledge of evolving EPM concepts and AI capabilities.
• Proven track record translating business challenges into value-add solutions; strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Backgrounds in Controllership/FP&A, systems admin for EPM, or related roles.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
