Job summary

EY is hiring a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to lead client engagements, design solution architectures, and guide teams through complex forecasting, budgeting and consolidation programs. You will bridge business needs with technical EPM implementations across advisory projects.

Expect to manage client relationships, drive delivery quality, and contribute to business development while staying current on evolving EPM and AI capabilities. Travel to meet client needs is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years relevant experience.
• Five years’ experience in complex consultative services in focus areas: master data management, actual financial consolidations, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
• Working knowledge of modern EPM solutions (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle FCCS/HFM, Oracle Planning, OneStream).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business challenges into value-added solutions.
