Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management within the Tech Consulting practice. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, guiding forecasting, budgeting, and financial consolidation projects for diverse clients.

You’ll lead project teams, shape solution architecture, andpartner with advisory colleagues to deliver value-driven results. Travel to client sites may be required, with a focus on professional growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in master data management, actual financial consolidations, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
• Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle Consolidations, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik).
• A strong working knowledge and point of view on evolving concepts and practices for EPM tools including AI capabilities.
• Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions.
• Our candidates have a variety of backgrounds including: Controllership, FP&A, Systems Admins for EPM, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
