Job summary

MeridianLink is seeking a Data Analyst to drive business decisions through quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting patterns. You will collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple sources to uncover insights into performance and identify operational improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent work experience).
Hands-on experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
Experience with SQL is required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate to build intuitive data visualizations that offer deep and actionable insights against complex and dynamic business challenges in the Fintech space.
Own the UX/UI experience delivered to users across multiple data products.
Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence tools.
Help identify the business data needed to produce the most useful insights and future analytics.
Partner with stakeholders to communicate findings and recommend data-driven improvements to operations.
