Job summary

MeridianLink is seeking a Data Analyst to drive decisions by delivering quantitative and qualitative data insights, patterns, and trends to decision-makers. You will collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to illuminate business performance.

Partner with stakeholders to produce actionable reports with KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and display root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience in Fintech or SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to build intuitive data visualizations that offer insights against complex business challenges in Fintech.
• Own the UX/UI experience delivered to users across data products.
• Contribute to design, development, and maintenance of BI tools.
• Identify data needed to produce useful insights and analytics.
• Partner with stakeholders to communicate findings and recommend data-driven improvements.
