Job summary

Taxbit is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer excited by the intersection of AI and FinTech – building intelligent, customer‑facing products that redefine how users interact with tax and compliance workflows. You'll bring autonomous, reasoning agents that operate across complex data and deliver world‑class experiences to Taxbit's enterprise customers.

You will own the lifecycle of AI features from prompt design to evaluation, deployment, and monitoring, writing maintainable code and driving AI

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and/or TypeScript with production coding experience.
• Experience deploying AI/LLM powered apps in production on AWS.
• Knowledge of agentic patterns, tool use and memory management.
• BS in CS/ML or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy customer-facing agentic AI products on AWS.
• Architect multi-agent systems with memory, tool use, orchestration.
• Collaborate with product and customer success to translate problems into production AI solutions.
• Own AI feature lifecycle from prompt engineering to deployment and monitoring.
• Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Instrument systems with observability tools and iterate from user feedback.
• Ensure outputs meet accuracy and regulatory standards.
