Responsibilities

• Represent clients in consumer protection matters, including FCRA, FDCPA, ECOA, and other regulations.
• Engage in product counseling and compliance across various markets.
• Collaborate with legal and business teams to address client needs.

Skills

Understanding of fintech clients and payment products

Experience with innovative technology platforms

Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for legal research and document drafting

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
