Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customers across channels (in-person, by appointment, virtual).
• Assess banking needs and educate clients on deposit and loan products.
• Open/close accounts, refer digital banking solutions, and guide loan origination.
• Coordinate with wealth management teams when referrals arise and maintain FINRA registrations.
