Job summary

ASML is seeking a FinOps Analyst to join the San Diego-based Digital Foundation Solutions Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE). You will optimize cloud spend across private and public cloud, maintain Flexera access, and deliver actionable cost insights to engineering, finance and leadership teams.

The role requires 5+ years in FinOps, hands-on Azure/GCP experience, and strong Excel, SQL, Python skills. On-site work in San Diego with opportunities for process improvements and cost transparency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FinOps experience focusing on cloud financial management.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/GCP) and cost tools (Flexera).
• Strong understanding of cloud pricing models and commitment management.
• Analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage hybrid cloud spend for private and public cloud workloads.
• Maintain Flexera access and ensure cost data accuracy at billing and workload levels.
• Provide cloud usage optimization recommendations for cost savings.
• Deliver monthly dashboards on cloud cost, utilization, and performance.
• Develop forecasting models for future cloud spend and present to stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding sessions with cost managers and owners and share knowledge.
