Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Agent to support Dyson customers from home in Greece. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a friendly, professional approach.

Relocation support is available for successful candidates living abroad, and the role offers a competitive salary with performance bonuses and private health insurance. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position.

Qualifications

• Must have a C1/C2 level of Finnish, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your CV/cover letter.
• You must have a valid EU passport.
• You must live in Greece or be willing to relocate; relocation package offered for successful candidates living abroad.

Responsibilities
