Job summary

Vettedlance is seeking a Lead quality specialist to review Finnish AI training data and reviewer output. You will spot-check outputs for grammar, tone, meaning, and cultural fit, and help ensure consistency across the team. You will track recurring issues and curate calibration materials.

The role involves running onboarding calls for trainers and reviewers, maintaining style guides, and working in a remote, hourly contract. Finland residents are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Native-level Finnish with strong written English (clear, precise feedback).
• Prior QA, editing, localization or team-lead experience is required.
• Ability to give clear, specific written feedback.
• Most projects require living in a country where the language is spoken.
