Job summary

Welo Global is seeking a Finnish-speaking Generative AI Analyst for a 4-week freelance project. This fully remote role focuses on reviewing, annotating, and validating AI-generated content across text, images, audio, and video.

You will follow detailed guidelines, perform quality checks, calibrate outputs with the team, and help improve annotation workflows to create high-quality data sets for training advanced AI models.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Finnish (Finland).
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Experience in annotation, content review, quality assurance, data labeling, localization, or related fields.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed guidelines.
• Experience with multilingual, multimedia, or AI-related content is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and annotate AI-generated content across text, images, audio, and video
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project guidelines
• Identify edge cases, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to the development of high-quality datasets used to train advanced AI models
• Participate in calibration and quality alignment activities
• Provide feedback to help improve workflows and annotation guidelines
