The position is full-time, with a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift. Pay starts at $19.81 per hour and includes comprehensive benefits and payroll perks. Training and ongoing development are available to support KAITEKI values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with manufacturing or production preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems and recording production data preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Use razor blades, chamfer tools, and other hand tools to remove burrs and break sharp edges on machined parts.
• Wash parts using mild detergents, rinse thoroughly, and air-dry according to established procedures.
• Perform butt welding of blow-molded bottles when assigned to the bottle area.
• Place finished parts in clean, designated containers for shipment or transfer to Quality Assurance.
• Accurately record completed work and maintain required documentation in the ERP system.
• Read and follow job travelers, work instructions, and established quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the company’s KAITEKI values.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Pay Transparency

The salary for this position is $19.81. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, job‑related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
