In this role, you will ensure that all molded and machined parts meet company and industry standards throughout the manufacturing process, including first piece, receiving, in-process, and final inspections.You’ll work hands-on with precision measurement equipment and apply product specifications to maintain our commitment to high-quality production. This position plays a key role in sustaining our KAITEKI values by helping maintain a positive, safe, and efficient workplace.**Key Responsibilities:*** Perform inspections using precision measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gage blocks, etc.)* Interpret and apply blueprints, GD&T symbols, and customer/industry specifications* Complete and maintain accurate inspection records and non-conformance reports* Follow Quality Management System procedures in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS 9100 standards* Identify, document, and control non-conforming products* Work independently with minimal supervision* Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized production environment**Qualifications:*** High school diploma or equivalent required* Basic math and measurement skills (familiarity with calipers and micrometers)* Some technical training or relevant mechanical inspection experience preferred* Strong attention to detail* Initiative and self-motivation* Accountability and reliability* Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines* CMM programming is a plus* FAI experience, preferred* GD&T knowledge or certification preferred* ASQ Quality Inspector Certification is a plus**Pay Transparency**The hourly range for this position is $22.00-$29.00.
