Job summary

GE Vernova in North Dakota is seeking a Finishing Technician to perform the finishing function on wind turbine blades. You will grind, sand, gel coat, and apply filler per work instructions, maintaining safe, quality finishes.

Qualifications

Finishing Technician

Perform a variety of tasks to perform the finishing function of wind turbine manufacturing safely and efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform closing tasks following work instructions
• Wear all personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety instructions regarding chemical usage
• Grind and sand blade according to work instructions
• Apply gel coat by brush and matte blade
• Apply filler/mud to blade and sand for smooth finish

Desired Characteristics

Position Shift: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the base pay for this position is $22.88-$27.50.
