Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Finishing Technician to support finishing and shipping operations. Responsibilities include cleaning, inspecting parts, painting preparation, and shipping readiness. Training will begin on 1st shift with potential later shift assignments.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, ability to stand for long periods, and capability to lift up to 35 lbs. Relocation is not offered, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

A Finishing Technicianisresponsible forfinishing and shipping operations. Responsibilities will include butnotlimitedto cleaning and inspecting parts, preparing parts forpainting, and shipping preparation.

• Ability tolift upto 35 lbs.

Successful candidate will be able todemonstratethese skillsets:

• Blueprint reading experience




• Ability to work as part of a team and undergo cross-training




• Effective communications skills

* Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. All training will be on 1st shift for up to 2 months before moving to hired shift.

Summary Pay Range:

$20.10 - $26.10
